Hyundai IONIQ Plug-In in Bury Greater Manchester
The IONIQ Plug In has a 32-mile combined electric range thanks to its 8.9kWh battery, with a pure Electric Mode that keeps the car on electric power. In Hybrid Mode, it drives on electric at low speeds (below 30mph) and calls on the petrol engine at higher speeds for the best of both worlds. The DCT automatic gearbox handles everything for you, and there’s an electric handbrake so all you have to do is get in and go. Easy, refined and efficient to drive, the IONIQ Plug In is a better breed of family car.
Trims include Premium and Premium SE. Premium kicks things off with 10.25” touchscreen navigation, a 7” TFT driver’s display, Bluelink connectivity for scheduled charging, Eco Driving Assistant System, a reversing camera, Smart Adaptive Speed Control with Stop and Go, Lane Follow Assist, and Lane Departure Warning System with Lane Keep Assist. Premium SE adds Blind Spot Detection System, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, front parking sensors, leather seats with front ventilation and heated rear outer seats.
The IONIQ Plug In’s aerodynamic shape is sleek and sporty, with a raked roofline and an integrated rear spoiler. It rides on 16” alloys and has LED headlights as standard. Inside, the cabin is spacious and airy with a huge 10.25” touchscreen.
The regenerative braking in Normal Mode charges the battery on the move, reducing the need to charge. With a combined power output of 141PS/265Nm of torque and an EV mode output of 170Nm, the IONIQ Plug In packs a punch.
With five doors and keyless entry and start, the IONIQ Plug In makes access easy. There’s 341-litres of boot space with the rear seats up and 1,401-litres with the rear seats down, and a luggage net is included to make securing loads easier.
