Sales Executive in Bury

We have the requirement for a Sales Executive to join the BCC team in Bury - Experience not necessary.

As a Sales Executive you will support and guide each customer throughout the buying process. It’s a fast-paced, busy role and you will be the key point of contact for each customer visiting the centre, so it’s crucial you get the service right first time and every time.

A full driving licence is essential and a background in retail sales or working with the public would be preferred, however, if you have no sales experience but possess a general ability to empathise and communicate with people we want to hear from you.

Service / Parts Advisor at BCC Hyundai Bury


An opportunity has opened for a driven and customer focused individual to join the team at BCC Hyundai Bury as a Service/Parts Advisor. The successful candidate will provide a first-class customer experience as well as implementing the company’s core values.


This key position has a major part to play in achieving dealership success by providing a professional service to our aftersales customers. Previous experience gained from a similar role is preferred.


The Role:

  • Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the aftersales department
  • Advising on technical queries or issues
  • Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
  • Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle
  • Cross selling customer repairs and parts
  • Finalising the invoice on completion of required work


About you:

  • The ability to work independently in a busy, pressurised environment is essential
  • Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role
  • Technical skills and experience are essential
  • The successful applicant will be self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service

Service Advisor in Blackburn

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Service Advisor to work within our busy Citroen Dealership based in Blackburn, Lancashire.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has exceptional customer service and problem solving skills along with a desire to succeed and deliver outstanding results for our customers.

The Role

  • To provide high levels of customer service on the Aftersales reception desk, ensuring there is good communication between Technicians and customers, ensuring their vehicles are ready on time to the agreed standard.
  • To ensure the service customers receive prompt, courteous and effective repair of their vehicles within the guidelines of the policies and procedures of the dealership.
  • To work to manufacturer warranty standards.
  • To liaise with the Service Manager regarding the most effective way of carrying out the work required, taking account of the skills of the workforce, the priorities of the business and the cost implication.
  • To ensure all work is correctly invoiced and payment received, handling customer queries courteously and within company policy at all times.
  • To maintain close liaison with customers, to ensure maximum customer retention.
  • To ensure effective collection and delivery of customers' vehicles including administering hire / loan cars as required.
  • To be responsible for the standards of appearance, safety and discipline and work within the department

The Person
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ current or recent experience in a Main Dealer environment with a Aftersales Advisor position or similar.

  • Be able to demonstrate they have delivered a high level of customer satisfaction whilst working in a pressurised environment.
  • Have the ability and confidence to successfully interact with a wide level of customers.
  • Be highly organised to ensure that all company and manufacturer disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis are strictly adhered to.
  • Pinnacle DMS knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Be motivated by job satisfaction and the desire to achieve outstanding results.
  • Possess a strong and enthusiastic team spirit, encouraging high performance from your team.

We are recruiting skilled technicians to join our Citroen aftersales department in Blackburn.


There is a very attractive package and a bonus structure with a great opportunity available for the successful candidates. The working hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm with a half hour lunch break and opportunities to earn overtime. Saturdays are worked on a rota basis at 2 per calendar month.
