The Hyundai KONA Electric makes electrification work for you. Thanks to rapid charging, you can charge to 80% in as little as 47 minutes and there are two batteries offering a 189 to 300-mile range. With 136bhp or 204bhp and 395Nm of torque, the KONA Electric is great fun to drive and will slash your fuel costs. Use the free Bluelink app to control charging times and you can also benefit from off-peak electricity rates. The KONA Electric features the latest tech and connectivity including a 10.25” digital instrument cluster, 10.25” touchscreen, Smart Adaptive Speed Control with Stop and Go, a head-up display and a reversing camera. SE Connect, Premium and Ultimate trim levels are available. Leather upholstery, a tilt and slide sunroof, front and rear parking sensors, keyless entry and voice recognition are available as standard.

The KONA Electric is available with a 64kWh or 39kWh battery. These offer a 300 and 189-mile range and charge to 80% in 47 minutes at a 100kW charger. You can adjust the level of regenerative braking to suit your driving style.
Practicality
All models have keyless entry and go and roof bars. You can pre-heat the battery, pre-condition the cabin and control charge times using the Bluelink app. The boot capacity is a useful 332-litres and there’s space for 5 passengers.
