Meet the all-new Hyundai i20, the smartest i20 ever. It’s powered by a 1.0 three-cylinder petrol hybrid engine for efficiency and refinement and is available with two digital displays measuring 10.25” each with one acting as a digital instrument panel. Full LED headlights and a parking camera are also available as standard.

The all-new 1.0 petrol-hybrid engine uses a 1.0 petrol engine for power and a 48V electric motor to recover energy when the i20 slows down, with that energy used to take load off the engine. You can have your Hyundai i20 with a 6-speed manual gearbox or a new 7-speed dual-clutch automatic for superior cruising ability.

Design

With 17” alloy wheels, full LED headlights and a striking, angular body, the Hyundai i20 demands a second look. Inside, an 8” touchscreen comes as standard, or you can have twin 10.25” digital screens in top-spec models.

Drive

The all-new 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is a peach, helping the i20 crush motorway miles for fun. The 1.0 48V mild hybrid engine has 99bhp and all models feature cruise control, lane departure warning and speed sign recognition.

Practicality

With over 320-litres of boot space and a spacious back row, the i20 is perfect as a daily driver. There’s a variable-height boot floor and lots of cabin storage, including large door bins, a large glovebox and a centre armrest.

Living with it

Choose the top-spec model and you get a 10.25” digital cockpit and 10.25” infotainment system. Heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, keyless entry, a rear parking camera, parking sensors and Lane Keep Assist are available as standard.
